Prevent Dehydration And Eliminate Dry Eyes And Skin with this Pineapple Cucumber Mint Juice

Pineapple
Dehydration occurs when our bodies lose more water than we are taking in. More water is moving out of our cells and bodies than what we take in through drinking. So to prevent dehydration, you just need to drink more, right?

Thankfully the answer to this question is yes. Drinking more fluids throughout the day will ensure that your body stays well hydrated, and your cells supple.

If you’re dehydrated, you likely experience one or more of the following:

  • Extreme thirst
  • Sunken eyes
  • Sore, red and dry eyes
  • Low blood pressure
  • Dry, sticky mouth
  • Fatigue
  • Dry skin
  • Constipation
  • Urine is dark yellow
  • Muscle cramps
  • Headache/migraine
  • Dizziness

It isn’t that hard to prevent dehydration, and this juice will accelerate healing and water absorption in the body. Pineapple, cucumber and celery, are all important plant foods that increase hydration in the body.

The enzymes in pineapple help remove dead and damaged cells, and they also improve skin elasticity and skin hydration. Cucumber on the other hand is made up of mostly water, and is a great food to eat (especially juiced) when trying to quench thirst. Celery is also high in water, and contains natural cell salts that restore balance to dehydrated cells that have been stripped of minerals.
